Our return policy is active during the 30 day period which begins the day the shipping carrier delivers your order. If 30 days have gone by since delivery, unfortunately we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the conditions above.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund after 15 days of us receiving the item, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

All items shipped to you must be returned, even if those items were considered a bonus, free or discounted item. All must be returned in order for you to receive your refund.

Exchanges or replacements:
Our Magical Guarantee will replace any broken, lost or damaged item to you free of charge within 30-days of receiving your order. This guarantee excludes the box.
